Gardening Service
First impressions matter, that's why our cleaners will give the front a quick clean, our gardening service is on hand for the bigger jobs. Our team are supplied with petrol mowers and strimmer's so wont need access to the property, although we do try arrange for tidy ups on changeover days.
Grant is the head of our gardening team and he has 8 years experience working the great outdoors. Him and his team remove all waste and check for any maintenance issues to help keep your garden and property in tip top shape.
Prices start at £20.00 per hour.
Property Management
We understand how time consuming running your Airbnb can be, that's why we are on hand to help in any way we can. Our Airbnb management team are on hand to keep your home in tip top shape if you are unable too. We also have a member of the team available for guest emergencies and to cover hosting if you need assistance.
We charge a percentage of your nightly fee which ranges from 5% - 20% depending on the level of service you require, in addition to costs.
