Firstly our technicians will vac using our own Miele as up to 75% of carpet soiling can be dry debris, We preform a strand test to identify your carpet fibres ensuring we use the correct products on your carpet to give the best results.
Pre Treatment
Pre Treating your carpet ensures the more stubborn proteins get broken down before we extract the dirt from them, By doing this we give a much deeper clean meaning a better result and also more chance of stain removal.
Stain Removal
Our technicians are fully trained in the correct use of our stain removal products. Every effort will be made to remove stubborn stain but certain contaminants act as dyes, in these instances a carpet repair would be required.

We cannot gaurentee a stain will come out due to variables such as length of time the stain has been there, the type of stain and the carpet type and wether the stain has had previous home attempts at removal (these usually cause more damage than good)
If for instance the stain cannot be removed and you have spare carpet we do also offer a carpet repair service.
